A few of the teams we’ve delivered engineering work for. The work itself stays theirs.

02 — What we do

We build custom software for the teams who hire us, and we ship our own products. Same standard either way — it has to work in production, not just demo well.

AI & automation

Practical AI wired into the work your team already does.

What you get

  • LLM systems built into real workflows, with guardrails
  • Automation that runs unattended, with monitoring
  • Evaluated against production data — not demo prompts

Custom software

Web apps, internal tools, and platforms built to fit.

What you get

  • Full build: design, engineering, deployment
  • Integrations across the systems you already run
  • Maintained after launch — not handed off and abandoned

Data infrastructure

The pipelines and integrations that make data usable.

What you get

  • Pipelines and syncs between your core systems
  • One consistent source of truth across departments
  • Reporting your team actually uses day to day

Process automation

Removing the manual steps between your systems.

What you get

  • CRM and back-office automation, end to end
  • Approvals, handoffs and follow-ups made automatic
  • Verified live against your real processes

Products — software we build, own, and run ourselves

ZohoPilot Plain-English prompts become real Zoho CRM customizations.
MojiIQ AI coaching for Japanese grammar.

Running our own products in production is the proof behind the standard we bring to client work.

03 — How we work

Three steps. No surprises.

01

Scope

Tell us the problem. We map it against your systems and reply with a concrete plan and estimate — within two working days.

02

Build

Short cycles with working demos on your real data every week. You see the software running, not status reports.

03

Run

We deploy to production, verify against your live systems, and stay for support. Shipped means running.

04 — Product

ZohoPilot

Plain-English prompts become real Zoho CRM customizations.

  • Describe a change in plain English — ZohoPilot ships it to your CRM.
  • Workflows, validations, fields, and automations, without the consultant.
  • A desktop app. Your data stays yours.

05 — Studio

Founder-led engineering.

The engineers here shipped at Toyota and Accenture before Zistica. Every project is delivered by the people you actually talk to — no handoffs to a bench you never meet.

Production-first is the house rule. We’d rather ship something that works than demo something that doesn’t — the same bar we hold for our own products, which run live today.

Based in India. Delivering for teams in Japan, Europe, and beyond.

06 — FAQ

The questions everyone asks.

Who owns the code and the IP?

You do. Everything we build for you — code, data, documentation — is yours, handed over in your own repositories and accounts.

How does an engagement start?

You tell us the problem. We reply within two working days with a concrete plan and estimate. If it makes sense, we start with a scoped first milestone — not a long contract.

How do you charge?

Fixed scope and price for defined projects; a monthly engineering retainer for ongoing work. Either way, you approve the number before anything starts.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes — before we look at anything of yours.

Which time zones do you work with?

We operate across India and Japan hours, which also overlaps European mornings. Teams in all three regions work with us today.

What happens after launch?

We stay. Production support, monitoring, and iteration are part of the engagement — shipped means running, not handed off.
